License Policy

»GoVASP
is licensed to universities and similar institutions with postgraduate
teaching programs (e.g. PhD and doctorate) for academic (non-profit)
research and teaching purposes.
License fees are one-time, i.e. a particular »GoVASP release can be used for an unlimited time
(perpetual). Each license is
intended for a single computer (single-seat) but can be shared by a group of users, one at a time.
Single-seat licenses are associated with a specific »GoVASP release. In order to update »GoVASP or install a new releases, new licenses must be ordered.
The license fee includes an installation CD (on request) and online installation
support through the »GoVASP forum. Further technical or
scientific support, especially for
VASP, will not be provided
with the software.
Please note: To use
»GoVASP you have to present a
valid VASP
license which permits the use of
PAW's. If you do not have such a license, then, please, order
one from here.

In general, Windiks Consulting hesitates to create and to dispatch
quotes and to reveal price information right after the first contact.

Payment Terms
|
|
All
payments must be in Euro
(€). Other currencies will be
rejected.
Allowed payment types are credit
cards, bank
transfer, and bank
checks. You are responsible for all local,
state, federal, sales, custom or import taxes or duties.
Credit
cards: Accepted are Visa or Mastercard. Your
credit card will be charged before the »GoVASP-CD
is shipped. We do not
retain or store your credit
card information beyond completion of your transaction. Credit card
payments cause transaction fees of 4% of the subtotal purchase price. For security reasons use only the
order form to transfer your credit card data.
Bank
transfer: We are not
responsible for any bank fees associated with your method of payment. In
this case, we will wait for
receipt of your payment before shipping the software CD.
Bank
checks: All checks must be redeemable through a Swiss bank
and must be payable in € (others will be returned). Please make your bank check
payable to Windiks Consulting and
mail it to the address given on the contact
page. Returned checks
cause support fees of 100
€ for all orders.
All
payment dues are subject to change without notice. |

Shipping Policy
|
|
|
Delivery: »GoVASP can be downloaded or will be delivered on CD while the license key will be distributed separately by
e-mail. Once your payment is received and
approved, you will receive an e-mail informing where »GoVASP can be downloaded or confirming »GoVASP has
been shipped. If you will not receive an order confirmation by email,
please get in touch with »GoVASP sales and use the contact form.
The license key will be
distributed once »GoVASP
has been installed,
because
specific hardware information are required.
Shipping and handling fees:
Normal shipping is via Swiss Post Priority and the
delivery times are 2-3 days for Europe and 4-7 days
for outside Europe. Urgent
shipping (TNT) is available for additional € 35 and reduce the
delivery times by 1-2 days. The delivery times are
estimated, not
guaranteed. Orders are shipped only to the
end user.
You
are responsible for any
additional duties, fees or taxes that may be incurred at the time
and point of receiving the product.

Place An Order
To
purchase »GoVASP,
please
do the following:
- Download
the order
form and the "Order Provisions" (OP) below.
- Fill
the order form and sign the OP.
- Send both
completed and signed documents by
mail, e-mail, or
fax (addresses are listed on the contact
page).
- Supplementary, send a copy of your valid VASP license which
permits the use PAW's.
- Arrange
the payment of the license fee.
- Once
we have approved the documents and received your payment »GoVASP
will be shipped.
